Hi everyone,

How I haven't written or really posted anything since September... my apologies for that.

Nothing spectacular has happened in the last three months horse or model horse wise. My riding has slowed down quite a bit sadly just because of the weather and my family having other commitments. I'd be out at the barn everyday if I could but that's just not how the cards are played. I haven't seen my mare in 5 weeks now...

In my model horse world, I attended Michigan's Showplace Spectacular about 3 weeks ago. A nice show for my first time. I really have a lot to learn and a lot more models to take under my belt before I show again. It's quite depressing going in with about 30 regular run horses while some people have 200+ horses of extreme rarity and variations. How are my horses suppose to go up against models like that? It's just not worth showing right now. Maybe in a year or two once I obtain some Peter Stones and more SR's and such I'll try again.
I came home with 4 NAN cards though and various other small placings which was nice, but defiantly not anywhere near what other people went home with.

For photography, I really don't think I'll be releasing anything new until the summer sadly. There is a slight possibility that I can get some winter photos when the snow comes in but I doubt it... Staying hopeful though. I'll be sure to throw in a couple edits of old work throughout the winter season just to keep my dA fresh.

So as you can see everything is really slow and dull with my horse life at the moment... I'm coping with it now, I'll be working harder with my riding next summer which is exciting to think about.
Winter is here and I just have to live with that.
